Are the images in the Image-Based JLPT Flashcard products also in the JLPT mp3 Vocabulary products?

Not at this time.

If I buy one of the combined sets, are the words from all levels mixed together, or is it 4 distinct levels?

It is distinct levels.

If you buy a combined set (JLPT 1 and 2 for example), you can download the individual levels seperately.

Do individual sets contain the vocabulary for lower levels?

No. For example, The JLPT3 set does not contain JLPT4 words.

However you can buy a combined set if you want the words for multiple levels.

I bought the product, but I cannot figure out how to install it on my portable device. Help!

No need to worry. Just sync/import each individual "JLPT # EJ", "JLPT # JE", and/or JLPT # Complete" file folder(s) with your portable device's image directory to be able to view and study each individual file folder's flashcards seperately on your portable device. You will have to move the individual folders out of the original "jlpt#_flashcards" folder which you downloaded.

How do I make custom image-based flashcard playlists?

Create a new folder on your computer, and name it whatever you would like. Copy (or drag) whichever image-based flaschard files you would like into that new folder. Sync the folder with your portable device's image directory.

When I shuffle my image-based flashcards on my portable device, they get all mixed up. What should I do?

The best image-based flashcards to study in shuffle mode are the 'complete' image-based flashcards in the original "JLPT # Complete" file folder which you downloaded.

I bought stuff. Where do I go to get it?

When you complete the transaction, an email will be sent to you with a username and a password to download your files.

I bought stuff, but didn't receive a username and password.

First, check your junk mail folder. Often the username and password email will end up there.

If you used PayPal, check PayPal for your primary email address. The username and password is sent to this address.

If you have any problems, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. You don't need a PayPal account. You can pay directly with a standard debit or credit card.

When buying, please include a valid email address to receive your audio download username and password.
